Mindfulness in Schools Project

The Bright Future Trust is proud to support the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP). Established by teachers from amongst the country’s most successful schools, Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) aims to improve the lives of children by making a genuine, positive difference to their mental health and wellbeing.

With a decade’s worth of experience, their charity is the most established provider of mindfulness training and curricula for schools. 350,000 primary and secondary pupils have already benefited from their programme, which helps them to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Bright Future Trust is helping MiSP reach even more children by funding their MAPS project, which aims to bring mindfulness to some of the most vulnerable children and young people in Alternative Provision (AP) settings in England, furthering our commitment to a bright future for every young person regardless of background.
